No special requirements of customers in the winding packaging machine will use the frequency converter to control the equipment, which is used to control the lifting of the packaging equipment. The frequency converter is a power electronic product, but if it is used improperly, it will also be dangerous. In order to ensure the safety of customers, the following system integration packaging production line manufacturer will introduce the precautions before the use of the frequency converter in the winding packaging machine:
1. Do not touch the circuit board before the power indicator light is off after the inverter is powered off;
2, do not implement wiring during the power supply process, do not check the circuit board when the inverter is running;
3, do not disassemble and change the internal connection lines or lines and parts of the inverter;
4, inverter grounding terminal must be correctly grounded;
5, do not test the voltage resistance of the components inside the inverter, these semiconductor parts are vulnerable to high voltage damage;
6, do not connect the inverter output terminal UVW to the AC power supply;
7, inverter main circuit board CMOS integrated circuit is affected by static electricity and damage, do not touch the main circuit board.
8, when handling the frequency converter, do not directly extract the front cover, should be carried by the frequency converter heat sink, to prevent the front cover from falling off, to avoid the frequency converter fall caused by personal injury or damage to the frequency converter.
9, please install the inverter on metal and other non-combustible materials. Do not install on or near combustible materials to avoid fire.
10, if multiple frequency converters are placed in a control cabinet, please add a cooling fan to make the internal temperature below 40 degrees Celsius to prevent overheating or fire.
11. After the inverter is completely powered off, disassemble or load the operation panel, and please fix the panel according to the figure, so as to avoid panel failure or non-display caused by poor contact.
